Our Team – Jonathan Sullan

Jonathan Sullan, Vice President Corporate Finance joined Pioneer Lines as Senior Business Analyst in October of 2019. Mr. Sullan is an integral member of Pioneer’s team and he has responsibility for investment underwriting and transaction analysis, corporate model development, budgeting, and other corporate finance matters.

Mr. Sullan has a background in corporate finance and transaction advisory. Prior to joining Pioneer Lines Mr. Sullan was with Farmland Partners, Inc. (NYSE: FPI) where he was responsible for real estate transaction analysis, corporate modeling and budgeting, and preparation of investor relations materials. Mr. Sullan started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he worked on a tax advisory team focused on transactions involving Real Estate Investment Trusts and other real estate oriented private equity structures.

Mr. Sullan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He earned a Master’s in Taxation, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver.
