Alex Yeros, Chief Executive Officer has more than 30 years of investment and business development experience in infrastructure, real estate, and water rights. Mr. Yeros has a proven track record of developing businesses and relationships that create advantage for industry and build a new tax base as well as primary sector jobs for the community.
Carrie Genualdi joined Pioneer Lines as Chief Financial Officer in July 2019, and is a member of Pioneer’s executive team. She previously spent 10 years as a Director of Finance with Genesee & Wyoming, Inc., a short-line holding company with an interest in 120 railroads.
Ross Grantham, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for all Pioneer Lines’ operations and is a member of Poineer’s executive team. Mr. Grantham began his career more than twenty years ago as a frontline railroad manager working for the Canadian National Railway. He subsequently managed multiple short-line railroads and terminals for some of the largest owners and operators in the industry, including OmniTRAX, Genesee & Wyoming, and Harbor Rail Services.
Kristin Bevil, General Counsel, is responsible for overseeing Pioneer Lines legal affairs and is a member of Pioneer’s executive team. Prior to joining Pioneer Lines, Bevil was Vice President & General Counsel of The Indiana Rail Road Company, a successful regional railroad, managing and advising the executive team on legal matters involving litigation, regulatory compliance, labor, commercial and real-estate transactions.
Nate Henderson, Senior Vice President – Corproate Development joined Pioneer Lines in August 2019, and is a member of Pioneer’s executive team. Mr. Henderson is responsible for building and diversifying the Pioneer platform through mergers and acquisitions, and the development of various corporate initiatives and new ventures. Mr. Henderson began his transportation career more than 20 years ago with the Broe Group/OmniTRAX and served in a variety of roles spanning, acquisitions, commercial and operations. Post OmniTRAX he served as the Director of Business Development at Savage Services assisting with the growth and development of their rail related businesses. Most recently Mr. Henderson served as the Senior Vice President at Watco Companies serving across multiple business units including terminals, ports and mechanical operations.
John Murray, Chief Commercial Officer, is responsible for the execution of the company’s strategic commercial activities, customer relationship development and organizational advancement, and is a member of Pioneer’s exevutive team. Mr. Murray has over 16 years of transportation and industrial markets experience. Prior to joining Pioneer Lines Mr. Murray held various leadership and management positions at CSX Transportation and the Florida East Coast Railway.
Jen Goss, Vice President of Human Resources, joined Pioneer Lines in August 2019 and is a member of Pioneer’s executive team. Ms. Goss is a human resource executive with more than 20 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource management. Her professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, total rewards planning, benefit plan design and employee relations.
Jamie Caton joined Pioneer Lines in October 2020. As the Vice President of Government Relations, she leads the company’s policy efforts, including all U.S. federal, state, and local government liaison operations.
Jonathan Sullan, Vice President Corporate Finance joined Pioneer Lines as Senior Business Analyst in October of 2019. Mr. Sullan is an integral member of Pioneer’s team and he has responsibility for investment underwriting and transaction analysis, corporate model development, budgeting, and other corporate finance matters.
Todd Marklin joined Pioneer Lines in March 2020 as the Vice President of Engineering. In this capacity, he has responsibility for Pioneer’s infrastructure, leading the maintenance and improvement of Pioneer’s tracks, bridges and crossings and oversees the design and construction of new projects.
Philip Schuhmacher joined Pioneer Lines in June 2020 as its Controller. His responsibilities include oversight of accounting, treasury, Pioneer’s operating and capital budgets, financial planning, and forecasting.
Dave Strezo joined Pioneer Lines in January 2020 as the Vice President of Shared Services. Mr. Strezo’s responsibilities include oversight of the Customer Service Team, Pricing Department, and IT Services.
Billy Chitwood, Regional General Manager, oversees the daily operations and management of the South Region of Pioneer Lines, which stretches across the states of Arkansas, Georgia, and Mississippi.
Brice Travis, Regional General Manager, oversees daily operations of the Northern Region of Pioneer Lines, which includes the states of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Brent Lofton, Regional General Manager, is responsible for the daily operations of the Central Region of Pioneer Lines, which includes the states of Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana.
Nathan Johns, Vice President of Business Development, has responsibility for the management and growth of Pioneer’s franchise across the states of Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana. He works with Pioneer’s existing customer base and new industries to facilitate access to the national rail network through Pioneer Lines, as an integral link in their supply chains. Mr. Johns is an integral member of Pioneer’s management team, leading strategic commercial activities, customer relationship development and organizational advancement across the network.
Jodi Heath joined the Pioneer Lines team as the Director of Business Development of the Northern Region in December 2019. Ms. Heath has responsibility for the management and growth of Pioneer’s franchise across the states of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. She works with Pioneer’s existing customer base and new industries to facilitate access to the national rail network through Pioneer Lines, as an integral link in their supply chains.
Lucas Bellamy joined Pioneer Lines in April 2020 as the Director of Industrial & Business Development. In his dual role, Mr. Bellamy has responsibility for the management and growth of Pioneer’s franchise across the states of Arkansas, Georgia, and Mississippi. In addition, he is responsible for developing industrial sites across the network of Pioneer Lines, assisting industry with site selection, creating incentive programs through state and local authorities, and coordinating rail access.
